End User License Agreement
This agreement explains the limited permission you receive to access and use the Allgigs website and services. It also sets boundaries for responsible use of the platform.
1. License to use Allgigs
Subject to these terms, Allgigs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the website and services for their intended purpose.
This license does not transfer ownership of the platform, its software, branding, or any other Allgigs materials to you.
2. Eligibility and account access
You may use the services only if you can enter a binding agreement and meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service.
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
3. Responsible use
You must use Allgigs honestly and lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, bypass account or payment controls, scrape private information, upload malicious code, or impersonate another person or organisation.
You may not use the service to submit false work, mislead another user, or avoid a review, payment, or safety process.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights needed for Allgigs to operate the service and show the content to the people involved in the relevant workflow.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload the content and that it does not knowingly violate another person's rights or the Terms of Service.
5. Third-party services
Some features depend on services provided by third parties, including authentication, hosting, communications, and payment processing providers.
Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Allgigs does not grant you a license to use a third-party service beyond the access needed for the Allgigs feature that depends on it.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce the Terms of Service.
When access ends, this license ends as well. Terms that are intended to continue, including ownership, payment history, limitation, and dispute provisions, remain effective as described in the applicable agreements.
7. Relationship with the Terms of Service
This agreement is part of the rules that govern your use of Allgigs. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control the broader relationship and this agreement controls the license to access the website and services.
The service is provided subject to the disclaimers, limits, and dispute terms set out in the Terms of Service.
