Refunds & Cancellations
This policy explains when a Brand can cancel campaign funding and when a refund may be available. It also explains what happens to Creator work that is already under review.
1. Cancelling a campaign
Brands can cancel a campaign before it is published, or after it is published in line with the platform's cancellation rules.
When a campaign is cancelled before any work is assigned, the unused funding returns to the Brand's wallet balance. Fees already applied may be refunded or credited as described below.
2. Unused funding
If a campaign closes or is cancelled with funding that was never assigned or spent, that unused portion returns to the Brand's wallet.
If work has already been assigned, the reserved amount for that work stays in the review process. The Brand still reviews the work and pays for what is approved.
3. Platform fee refunds
The platform fee is applied when a funded campaign is published. If the campaign is cancelled before any work is assigned, the original fee is refunded to the Brand's wallet along with the unused funding.
Once work has been assigned, the platform fee is earned and is not refunded. The review and payout process continues for that work.
4. Creator access payments
Opening the creator marketplace requires a one-time Creator access payment. The exact amount is shown before you pay, and paying it is always your choice.
A Creator access payment is not refunded once access has been activated, because access is granted immediately and cannot be returned. This section is the only place it is stated: Brand campaign funding, platform fees and failed withdrawals are handled in the sections around it.
If a Creator access payment was charged twice, or was taken without access being activated, contact us and the duplicate or failed charge is corrected.
5. Creator payment disputes
Creators are paid for approved work. If a payment is missing or looks wrong, the platform reviews the recorded submission and approval history.
If the platform determines a Creator was wrongly unpaid, the payment is made from the campaign funding or otherwise corrected.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, such as a withdrawal blocked by incorrect payout details, the amount stays in the account balance until the details are corrected.
7. How to request a refund
Contact us with your account email and the campaign or transaction details. Refund requests are reviewed against the recorded history.
Local consumer laws may provide additional rights that are not excluded by this policy.
7. Chargebacks and disputes with providers
Payments are processed by configured payment providers under their own terms. The provider handles chargebacks. If a chargeback relates to Allgig activity, Allgig may review it using the recorded transaction history.
