Terms of Service

These terms explain how you can use Allgig as a Creator or Brand. They cover accounts, campaigns, applications, payments, and disputes. They apply generally across the markets where Allgig operates, and local rules may add extra requirements.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, visiting Allgig, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Allgig.

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will make the updated version available on this page and note the new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Allgig. By using Allgig, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.

3. Accounts and workspace types

Allgig offers Creator and Brand workspaces. Choose the workspace that matches what you want to do. Some actions are limited to one workspace type.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support as soon as possible.

We may ask you to verify your phone number to help protect your account and other users. Verification is a basic account-safety step, not a credit, identity, or professional rating.

4. Campaigns

Brands create campaigns with a brief, a reward, and funding. Campaign funding is reserved before a campaign is published, so Creators can see the work is funded.

Campaigns may cover short-form UGC, content clipping, video production, social media, photography, or other work described in the Brand's brief.

Creators may apply to campaigns. Applying is free and does not commit you to anything. Brands review applications and assign Creators to the campaign.

Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their briefs and requirements. Creators are responsible for delivering work that matches the brief they applied to.

Publishing and funding

A campaign becomes visible to Creators only after it is funded and published. Brands see the full campaign cost, including the reward and platform fee, before committing funds.

5. Applications and assignments

Creators apply to campaigns by providing the information the Brand requests. Applications are recorded and reviewed by the Brand.

Assignment to a campaign means the Brand has chosen you for the work. Assigned Creators can submit proof of their work according to the campaign instructions.

You should only apply to and accept work you can complete honestly and on time.

6. Submissions and review

Creators submit proof of their work, such as links to published content, through the platform. Submissions are timestamped and recorded.

Brands review submissions against the campaign requirements. Reviews may result in approval, a request for changes, or rejection. Every review decision is recorded.

If a Brand does not act on a submission within the inactivity period configured for the platform, the submission may be automatically approved so Creators are not left waiting indefinitely.

7. Payments

Payments on Allgig are processed through configured payment providers. Allgig is not a bank or payment institution. The providers handle funds under their own terms.

Creators are paid for approved work. After approval, rewards move toward the withdrawable balance after the holding period shown on the campaign, and withdrawals are paid to the Creator's verified payout account.

Withdrawals may be reviewed before payout, and a minimum withdrawal amount may apply. Amounts shown on the platform reflect recorded account activity.

Do not pay a Creator, Brand, or third party outside the platform for platform services. Allgig does not charge Creators to apply, submit work, or withdraw.

Allgig is not a bank and does not hold deposits as a bank would. Licensed payment providers selected for each market handle payment processing.

8. Fees

Brands pay a platform fee on funded campaigns. The fee is shown before commitment and is set by the platform.

Creators do not pay platform fees to apply, submit work, or withdraw. A one-time Creator access fee may apply in some markets and is always shown before payment.

Fees are shown in the currency of the campaign or account. Allgig may change fees by updating its pricing page. Changes apply to future transactions.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Allgig for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful. That includes posting false work, sending fake proof, trying to defraud another user, bypassing fees or review steps, or harassing other users.

The Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail and are part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you create and submit on Allgig. When you submit work, you give the Brand the rights described in the campaign brief for that campaign.

Brands grant Creators the right to use the campaign materials (such as product names, logos, and briefs) for the purpose of completing the campaign work.

Allgig's name, logo, and brand assets remain Allgig property and may only be used under the Brand Guidelines.

11. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, along with the rights you have. By using Allgig, you agree to the handling described there.

The Privacy Policy follows recognised data-protection principles, including transparency, data minimisation, and user rights. Local law may give users additional rights.

12. Disputes between users

Allgig records applications, submissions, and reviews so a dispute can be checked against what actually happened.

If a dispute arises between a Creator and a Brand, the platform may review the recorded history and apply the applicable policies, including auto-approval rules and the dispute resolution process described on the platform.

Users may also have rights under their local consumer protection laws, which are not excluded by these terms.

13. Our responsibility

Allgig provides the platform and tools for Creators and Brands to work together. We do not control or guarantee user work, the accuracy of briefs, or the outcome of a relationship between users.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Allgig is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an account when needed to protect users, payments, or platform reliability, such as during a safety investigation.

You may close your account at any time. Closing an account does not remove recorded history that is needed to complete pending work, payments, or safety reviews.

These terms continue to apply to obligations that survive termination, including payment obligations for work already completed and review processes already in progress.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms apply alongside any mandatory rights and protections available under the laws where you live or use Allgig.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the platform's support process, the parties may use any court or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
