Abandoned link
A link you started but never submitted. It frees itself after a while.
What it is
If you start a link and never submit it, the campaign holds money aside for it. After the delivery deadline passes and a grace period of 2 days goes by, that link is closed automatically and the money returns to the campaign. Nothing is charged to you, and the slot becomes available again. If you did submit work, this never applies - submitted work always waits for a decision.
Example
You start a link but never submit it. After the deadline plus 2 days, it closes on its own and the campaign budget is freed.
Good to know
This never affects work you actually submitted. It only closes links that were started and then left empty.
