A brand setting that hires creators instantly while spots are open.
What it is
Auto-hire lets a Brand take on Creators as soon as they apply, while the budget covers the reward. It means a Creator is not left waiting for a manual decision. If a Brand stops responding after work is submitted, the system steps in: work that has waited 24 hours is approved automatically, so a Creator is paid for delivered work even when the Brand goes quiet. The Brand is always notified before that happens.
Example
A Creator applies and is hired straight away. They deliver, and if the Brand never opens the work, it is approved automatically after 24 hours.
