Creator Appeal
Asking AllGig to look again at a decision you disagree with.
What it is
If you feel a decision was unfair, like a rejected submission or a payout issue, you can appeal. AllGig reviews the case again. You can appeal a rejection once, within 2 days of the decision. While your appeal is open the money for that work is held, so it cannot be paid out or returned until the review finishes. Once the appeal window closes, you can start new work on that campaign again.
Example
A Creator disagrees with a rejected submission and opens an appeal. The money stays held while AllGig reviews, and the Creator can start new work once the window closes.
