What it is
With fixed pay the brand sets one amount for the work. When the finished work is approved, the creator earns that amount. Every creator who finishes the same job and is approved earns the same.
Example
A campaign sets a reward of 50,000. A creator delivers, the brand approves, and the creator earns 50,000.
