How Money Works
Money is held in naira, and you can view it in dollars.
What it is
Everything you earn and everything a brand spends is held in naira. That is the money itself, and it is what moves: naira in when a brand pays, naira out to your bank when you withdraw. You can switch the display to US dollars at any time to read amounts in a currency you may find easier to judge. That dollar figure is a view, calculated from the exchange rate, and it never changes the naira you actually hold. When a brand pays by card in dollars, the payment is converted to naira at the rate in force at that moment, so the amount recorded is fixed and cannot move later.
Example
A campaign offers ₦500 per 1,000 views. Switch the view and it reads about $0.25. Your balance and your payout stay in naira.
