What it is
On a view-based campaign the brand approves the link once. This is not a review of the finished video. It confirms the link is the right post and authorizes payment. Counting already started shortly after the link was submitted, so a slow approval does not cost the Creator early views.
Example
The Creator submits a link. Counting starts shortly afterwards, then the brand approves the link to confirm it is the right post and release payment.
