Brief
The brand's short instructions for what content they want.
What it is
A brief is what a brand asks for on a campaign: what to show, how long the video should be, what to say or avoid, and by when. Always read the whole brief before you apply. Following the brief exactly is the single fastest way to get approved, because most rejected work is work that ignored one line of it. If something in the brief is unclear, ask before you film rather than after you submit.
Example
The brief says "30 to 45 seconds, show the bottle, mention the price, no music over the talking part." Your video matches all four points.
